An extreme custom renovation project replaced almost everything in, on and outside of this house. The exterior has a new design – a mix of shingles and clapboard are complemented by a farmers porch, shutters, cedar trellis, and galvanized steel downspouts.  Spray foam insulation, new windows, along with air-to-air exchangers have brought new life to this house. Nothing was left untouched. The bathrooms have the latest tile available, heated floors & towel bars. A his-and-her office off the family room makes a perfect workspace. The dining room was replaced as an eat-in-kitchen area and island bar seating. This cozy home merged rooms and built above the garage to create a ideal floor plan. Laundry was brought to the 2nd floor. The porch off the back of the was recreated with floor to ceiling glass windows and a heated herringbone tile floor. The walkout basement includes another mudroom and cedar closet.
